Harold Night returns this Thursday!

After taking a week off for the excellent Geek Week Festival, Harold Night is back this Thursday night.  In the 8pm show we've got The Buskers, Rich Uncle, and Respectable Gentlemen.  And in the 10pm show we have Birthday Milk and Mister Diplomat.

Also note that our ticket prices are now $12 and $10 for students starting this week.  BUT we've got a great deal for online ticket purchases.  If you buy your Harold Night ticket online and use the promo code "IBCARD" you'll get two dollars off and only have to pay $10!

We've already sold over half of our tickets for this week's show, so get your tickets online now!

Harold Night is off this week while Geek Week invades ImprovBoston!

This week Geek Week takes over ImprovBoston with amazing specialty shows Wednesday through Sunday.  Harold Night will be off this week, but make it a point to check out some of the unique shows at this great festival!

Harold Night will be back next week with The Buskers, Rich Uncle, Respectable Gentlemen, Birthday Milk, and Mister Diplomat.  Our shows have been selling out so be sure to get your tickets online!

ImprovBoston & Commonwealth of Massachusetts welcome The Lizardman on April 12th

Erik “The Lizardman” Sprague is playing in the 10pm slot at Harold Night on April 12th. Erik will be telling stories & monologues for Mr. Diplomat & doing improv + “god knows what” with Respectable Gentlemen.

From Wikipedia: The Lizardman was a Ph.D. candidate at the University at Albany before beginning his transformation…(into becoming a lizard man.) He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Hartwick College in Oneonta, New York. The Lizardman also hosts the Jägermeister Music Tour with bands including Disturbed, Slayer, and Slipknot. He lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife Meghan and their pet ferrets.

Scoresby comes to Harold Night

This Thursday Harold Night welcomes Scoresby from NYC.  Come see them perform the JTS Brown form and also help us welcome back Harold Night alumnus Evan Barden.  Evan is a former cast member of old Harold Night teams Rondo and Plan B. 

Scoresby will be perform in the 8pm show with Ginsburg and Maxitor.  Plus you can stick around and see the 10pm show, featuring the Buskers and Mister Diplomat, for free with your 8pm ticket!

This week we've got the Buskers, Rich Uncle, and Maxitor in the 8pm show, followed by Birthday Milk and Mister Diplomat in the 10pm show! Get your tickets online or at the ImprovBoston box office, and get them fast!

Harold Night is off this week while the amazing Women in Comedy Festival takes over ImprovBoston from March 21-25. Join us in catching some impressive shows throughout the weekend.  This festival is not to be missed with plenty of great improv, sketch and standup spread across multiple stages.

Keep an eye out for plenty of the hilarious women of Harold Night performing during the festival.  And don't forget that Harold Night will return next week on Thursday, March 29 with the Buskers, Rich Uncle, Maxitor, Birthday Milk, and Mister Diplomat all under one roof!

You can still get your tickets at the door at ImprovBoston.  Please note that tonight the theater is CASH ONLY.  There are multiple ATMs near the theater if you need to use them.  Thank you for your understanding and we'll see you at 8pm for a great show!

Beees! attacks Harold Night

This week Harold Night is excited to welcome special guests Beees! from the Magnet Theater in NYC.  They'll be doing some musical improv during our 8pm show.

If you've liked other great teams from the Magnet that we've had at Harold Night, like Brick, Dunk and Kiss Punch Poem, then you'll love Beees!  Plus Rich Uncle and Birthday Milk will also be performing in the 8pm show.

Also, we have another special guest in the 10pm show!  In addition to a performance from Ginsburg, Angie Frissore, editor of the Boston Comedy Scene Examiner, will be telling stories for Mister Diplomat.

Harold Night is off this week during Beanpot College Comedy Festival

This week Harold Night will be off while ImprovBoston hosts the 2012 Beanpot College Comedy Festival. Check out New England's best college comedy, including the Beanpot Tournament.  Plus you can check out a guest performance by Maxitor during the 10pm show on Friday night!

Harold Night will be back next week on March 1 with Respectable Gentlemen, Ginsburg, Maxitor, Birthday Milk, and Mister Diplomat.  See you then!

Harold Night invades North Carolina Comedy Arts Festival

In addition to our awesome Harold Night lined up for Thursday with Bastards Inc., this weekend is the North Carolina Comedy Arts Festival and Harold Night will be well represented!

NCCAF is a great comedy festival with separate weeks for stand-up, sketch, and improv comedy.  The final week of the festival focuses on improv and has over 400 performers on four different stages throughout the week.

Harold Night teams the Buskers, Maxitor, Rich Uncle, and alumni Plan B will be performing at NCCAF.  If you're going to be around the festival, check them out at the following times:

Thursday, February 16 - Rich Uncle @ 7:30PM at DSI Comedy Theater

Friday, February 17 - The Buskers (performing as On Deck) @ 8pm at ArtsCenter West End

Friday, February 17 - Maxitor @ 9:30PM at DSI Comedy Theater
